Criteria
• Loan facility for the purchase of a house or construction which may constitute a guarantee.
• Have an account in COPEDU PLC
• Existence of the savings contract between the Bank and the Client. (For a period of 12 to 24 months)
• Compliance with the terms of the contract to benefit from the housing loan.
• Being able to buy or build a house which will constitute a guarantee.
