Appointed by the Board of Directors, the CEO of COPEDU PLC assumes the vital role of overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the company. The CEO reports on the company’s progress and activities to the Board of Directors.
Also appointed by the Board of Directors, the Company Secretary is tasked with coordinating the activities of the Board, General Meetings, Shareholders, and Committees. Additionally, they collaborate with the General Administration to ensure compliance with laws and resolutions from relevant authorities.
Under the purview of the Board of Directors, COPEDU PLC hires various executives in accordance with the Labor Code. Additionally, other employees of COPEDU PLC are appointed by the General Administration.
